Directions to the Diamond B-Rockin' A Ranch from Dallas/Fort Worth

· I-35 E or I-35 W north through Denton to Sanger.
· Exit FM 455 Pilot Point/Bolivar
· Turn right (east) on FM 455 at the light.
· Proceed 14 miles to US 377.
· Turn left (north) for 2 miles, and
· Reconnect with FM 455 on the right (east)
· At the flashing yellow light.
· Proceed east on FM 455 (toward Celina) for 4.1 miles.
· Turn left (north) on Pelzel Road
· Half mile to 12750 on right with white gate
· with the Diamond B-Rockin' A brand.

-OR-

· Dallas North Tollway north through Frisco to end at Hwy 380.
· Left (west) on 380 at the light.
· Proceed west to a right turn (north) on FM 1385
(about a mile past the light at FM 423).
· Continue north to T-intersection (about 12 miles) with FM 455.
· FM 1385 makes a couple of dog-leg turns, but you're still on 1385.
· Right turn onto FM 455 (east) 2 miles to Pelzel Road.
· At the dilapidated white farm house, turn left (north) on Pelzel Rd.
· Half mile to 12750 on right with white gate with the Diamond B-Rockin' A brand.

· US 75 Central north to McKinney and exit at US 380.
· Left (west) onto 380.
· Proceed about 15 minutes to Hwy 289/Preston Road.
· Turn right (north) on Preston,
· Proceed through Prosper to left on Bus. 289 in Celina.
· Proceed (north) about 1.1 miles to Walnut Street.
· Turn left (west) on Walnut and
· After the square it becomes FM 455.
· Continue west on 455 for 8 miles to Pelzel Road,
· (watch for the dilapidated house) and
· Turn right (north) on Pelzel Road. half mile to the white gate at 12750 Pelzel with the Diamond B-Rockin' A brand.
